Riley graduated with a Masters’ of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University in 2020. He joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 2019.

His late father, Michael L. Pierce, worked with Watkins, Ward and Stafford as a Certified Public Account for over 20 years.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Riley currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Prairie Belt Blues Foundation in West Point.

He is married to Meg McBrayer Pierce.
