Marsha L. McDonald earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree at Mississippi State University in 1982 and a Master of Professional Accountancy at Mississippi State University in 1983. She joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 1983 and admitted to the partnership in 1998.

Marsha is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Watkins, Ward and Stafford Executive Committee and serves as a firm liaison member of the Governmental Audit Quality Center and chairman of the CPE Committee.

With more than thirty-five years experience, Marsha's practice is concentrated in agricultural tax, business tax, bank auditing, commercial auditing and governmental auditing.
Her community involvement includes serving on the Boards of Directors of the United Way and the Boys and Girls Club.
Marsha is an active member of St. Francis Episcopal Church where she serves on the Board and Finance Committee.
