Edward A. Maxwell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation degrees from Mississippi State University in 2009 and 2010 respectively.  He joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 2016 when they announced the opening of their new Oxford office.

Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He currently serves on the Mississippi Society of CPAs Young CPA Board.

With more than 8 years of experience, Ed specializes in accounting and taxation for corporations, partnerships and non-profit organizations. 

Ed’s community involvement includes participating in the 2017 Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lafayette Class as well as being an active member of the Oxford Rotary Club.

Ed and his wife Nicole are members of Oxford University United Methodist Church.
